adventure destination 6: victor's 1959 café

one of my favorite things about the twin cities, and minneapolis in particular, is how many unique places it contains to stumble upon. one such place is this whole-in-the-wall kind of restaurant called victor's 1959 café that i got to experience for the first time today! even though it's a whole-in-the-wall kind of place, it sure had a funny way of being crazy busy and i guess it has been discovered once by the food channel, even! full of character and color! my favorite kind of place! blue walls, writing all over, red patterned umbrellas & stringed lights! it's teeny, so save this one for a sunny day for sure. they serve authentic cuban food, so if you're into that i would recommend victor's all the more! so de-lish! i went for brunch with beautiful aunts & my cousin, emily. a joyful morning with dear family. days like these remind me it's summer and i'm thankful.
